Financing
Bridge financing is short-term financing for up to 12 months. Examples include financing in addition to project financing from a bank, operating financing to smooth out seasonal fluctuations, or financing for real estate projects such as land purchases, etc.

Bridge financing
We can provide project financing in a variety of ways. Over the years, we have worked with contractors on small and medium-sized projects. We can fully finance smaller projects, such as single-family homes, townhouses and smaller apartment buildings. We can also provide additional financing for larger projects in addition to bank financing. In some cases, we can provide equity capital to the project in collaboration with contractors or other investors.

Development financing
Real estate financing in projects where loan financing is needed in just a few days, for example in transactions where properties are being offered below market value, properties need to be redeemed from forced sales, etc. Property owners, where there is collateral, can also have the financing paid out in cash and used for other projects.

Real Estate Financing
Financing that needs to be tailored to projects that do not fit into traditional financing. Specialized financing
Invoice factoring is suitable for companies where the payer has a payment period of 2 weeks to 2 months, as is common with some larger companies. The seller of the invoice receives up to 90% of the payment immediately and therefore does not have to wait for the payment on due date.
Invoice factoring is a quick and simple way to increase cash flow. The minimum amount is ISK 5 million and the maximum amount is ISK 50 million.
